Meet Glen the Gliscor from Sinnoh.

Most people who encounter this guy find him to be a difficult opponent to defeat. I believe the most common word is "Pesky." Adamant in Nature, this bat uses his Poison Heal hidden ability along with a Toxic Orb to constantly heal himself while poisoned in battle and prevent other Pokemon from inflicting other status conditions on him. With his only major weakness being Ice, it's rare to find Pokemon specifically geared for knocking him out. With his move set consisting of Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Earthquake and Knock Off, he has a wide enough range to cover most of his weaknesses. He's usually able to knock out at least one or two of the opponent's Pokemon while in action. I've had him sweep someone once too.
