I'm glad you think so! I really wanted them to look natural together and not have anything strike as "standing out" or anything X3

Oh no it looks very natural in a way I guess haha like if I saw a cross between a bear and a fox your character would be what I would expect to see ^^

The colors also are wonderful, sit perfect with the eye ^^ the red-orange with brown and hints of yellow and black look great

haha hearing this really reassures my thoughts! me and nl went through like 7 different color pallets before we ended on these (first ref sheet, so describing colors with words can only go so far) but when she sent it to me i almost died haha. Fell super in love with how it came out X3 and I'm glad you think so too! :D *hugs*

Definitely! And you look adorable X3 tons of wolf hybrids, Fox hybrids, and whatever else... But not many bears ;D when I was trying to come up with detailed ideas, I'd try to search fa for another bear hybrid... They're hard to come by XD so what made you choose the hybrid you did? :3

Well I started out as just a bear, redesigned it but I still wanted a tail. I got the idea from a plushie I've had since I was born. Figured the two combined would look cool together ^^ The artist I worked with  tatergator took my ideas and ran with it. The light brown stripe down the black fluff was his idea, and the way the black flows was his as well haha.

What made you choose a fox? ^^

Well I was in a similar predicament. I started off as a bear, but every time I went to any sort of big furry function, everyone had super fluffy tails. So I was like "okay, imma get a bear tail!" until I realised that bear tails look exactly like bunny tails :/ so I played around with the idea of a hybrid, and I ended up on a Fox simply because of my personality, I felt lined up a bit with it, as well As the fur colors on foxes, which I'm terribly in love with (I was originally a Brown bear). I was also worried about not being 'unique' enough. When people saw my Sona, I wanted it to stand out obviously as me, not to be easily mistaken for some other Brown bear look alike (I've seen a lot of them look alike). haha and that's pretty much how it happened. After multiple years of debating I decided to just go commission NL. since her art was amazing to me, and then realised I didn't have an eexact description of my sona. So I put together the ideas I've had and tried to make the Sona I had been wanting. I took many suggestions of hers revolving around the color (if I didn't, it would have ended up being stupidly bright and like... Neon orange X3). But the way out came out, I had wanted it to represent who I was, and not just be a character of mine, and I think I've accomplished it ;D

OH yeah man, same situation here XD I was originally a grizzly bear, nothing really stood out and could be confused with any other bear. I didn't really like idea of some crazy fur color, so I changed it up with some bear fur patterns and colors thrown together. Then I love tails so freaking much, and having a stub just was not cutting it at all LOL The GShep was like another part of my personality, I've never been known to be overly calm but to be able flip the switch to excited rather quickly. I'll be honest I kinda want a ref sheet from NL since the only one I have is a cub but low on the funds haha

As another side note. The "laundry straight from the dryer" in the likes made me almost squirt coke out of my nose with laughter. One of the best things in life is that warm feeling from that. ^^

Haha I know what you mean. I sort of had to force myself to put caution to the wind and just commission nl, and then deal with the financial aftermath later X3 and I agree 100%, I felt like a bear and a Fox sort of... Fit my personality and how I am. I just felt like it fit X3 heh I tried to input some sort of humorous things into my ref sheet to try to give it a personality instead of just saying "I'm kind, shy, and. submissive, and I like food, walks, and music". I hoped people would read a few things and get a small chuckle or something XD lol. Either way, I'm glad you liked it hahaha. Feel free to add me to,Skype or something if you'd like btw.
