ears: both stand strait up (like goldie from studio killers)

teeth: top fangs (?bottom optional?)

tongue: blue

nose: flattened with rounded sides (no nostrils)

head: rounded, big cat-like head with a short muzzle

paws: rounded toony paws (paws shaped like card suits optional)

eyes: can have black pupils, but are mainly different shades of the same color

hair: "mohawk"-like longer fur tuft (not hair) starting from the back of her head to the front. anthro form: short fluffy hair that goes over eyes. hair in both forms is spikey (if this character is commissioned into something 3D the hair will not have a pattern or be stuffed. rather just longer fur

fur pattern: rounded dots (more like the right) do not go completely onto her face (a bit up the cheek by the orange dots) and do not have a set pattern (if this reference is being used for a commission the dots do not have to be drawn/used in the same way they are here)
