Vinci & Arty sequel arc (feature presentation) 0 page 1
Welcome to the very first page of the Vinci & Arty sequel! I will be uploading this prologue arc (they will be called feature presentations or vignettes depending on who the story is focusing on) just to FA. Once this short arc is complete I will open up the Patreon page and get the whole shebang started for real. :) The goal right now is weekly uploads here on thursdays but for the time being it might be "whenever I can" thursdays coz' I'm trying to get the other stuff for it started too!
Will be fiddling with the look as I get back into practice. I really hope you guys like it! We're jumping in five years after the end of Vinci & Arty, so some events that would have occurred in chapter 4 of V&A are being mentioned here, and will be detailed as the comic continues. So hang tight, all will be explained. :)

Has it really been 12 years? Wow. I want to thank you, Vinci. Your comic and your work provided a kind of support for me in high school. Without that support, I may not be as comfortable with myself as I have been for these past 12 years. From the young gay high schooler who couldn't fathom that he'd ever meet another gay person, and the college graduate adult who now has more friends than he can count, thank you.

OK, confession: I haven't read any of Vinci & Arty! :C but I want to! So this was a nice place to start!
Your art is gorgeous as ever - the expression in that last panel is hilarious!!
And I love the writing. The dialogue runs really smoothly and natural - it's also really familiar & friendly even though I don't know these characters yet. I have a feeling I'll like them :)
