Oh you betcha! :D I'm going to finish the head before flying, and if I have a couple hours before my flight I'll trace and cut the throwaway fabric for the test bodysuit pattern. I think I'll devote a day to wing assembly at the warehouse, and all the rest of the time there can go towards putting together a simple no-frills bodysuit to try out - just the most super-basic suit possible for a first time, I figure a tail and fancy digitigrade and airbrush stuff can be my next project for Fureh!

Hmm, just a suggestion, but you might want to get a simple tail/some feet together before tackling a bodysuit, the whole image might be a little strange without them...

Typically a partial is head, arms. feet, and a tail because your shirt and pants cover up and give the impression that there's fur/feathers underneath. Otherwise if you go bodysuit and no tail, it's almost like someone cut off your tail :O

Hmmm maybe I can get a simple tail done too, or buy one at the con~ it's worth just getting used to moving around with one, gives me things to think about for the actual tail design I hope to do later. The wings would look out of place without a bodysuit though so I'm pretty committed to doing both basic suit and wings first, at least hopefully by VCF.
