A character that I'm digging up from a while ago in an attempt to have other furs than fuckin' Retch.

Angler is a mostly blind fur, having little but the luminescent glow of his tail fluff to guide him through dark back allies in the city. He's constantly wandering and doesn't seem to have a goal to where he's going, and though he is not muted as well as blind, he has very little to say.
