This is when another friend of mien was here and we were talking out at the nature center. You can see the tower from previous pictures there. But he noticed the clouds. Looking like they were melting, or dripping down, and ironically it wasn't raining. I am rather surprised that they managed to look like they were falling down, when they were moving so quickly in the sky. They were going left to right at a rather fast clip, from this perspective. The dusk setting, with everything below set in black helps the sky stand out more, I think. You can see the faint hints of reddish orange off to the left behind the tower. The sun was setting off that way.
