"How was that" drake asked luna as he was doing some air dragon techniques like creating wind gusts, wind scythes, wind shurikens, and other various attacks.

"You really seem to be getting the hang of it " luna said while sitting on a tree stump watching drake train on his air bending.

The two have been traveling for three days, with no true direction to go in and no destination to proceed to.

"By the way, do you have any idea where you might go next or what element you might want to learn next?" luna asked.

"To be truly honest....... I don't know, it depends on which elemental clan is closer, but we really can't figure that out with a map, and besides that every time I ask my sword where to go, it shows me a city but I don't know what it means." drake replied with a hint of frustration in his voice.

It was true, every time he asked the sword to guide him it showed him a city where there was a variety of different elemental dragons living there, not to mention there was a port where ships could dock.

"Well do you have any idea where this city is located?" luna asked

"I don't know...... but there does seem to be a port along the coast, maybe if we follow the river to the ocean and follow the coast west maybe we'll find what were looking for and who knows, maybe we'll find a map of dragonia to decide where to head next." drake said.

" Hmm, well it's better than sitting around here all day doing nothing." luna said in response.

After that they packed their things and proceeded to head to the river and follow it to the coast, it was around mid day when they started, from where they were they knew they would probably get to the coast line at about dark.

And has luck would have it the river led them to the coast, and as far as they could tell, they could see a lighthouse off in the distance due west from their location.

Drake said with a hint of pride in his voice "where there is a lighthouse there is a port, and where there is a port, there is a high possibility there is a city!"

Luna rolls her eyes at that comment as they both set up camp near the coastline, as luna was preparing the fire pit she looks up and see's drake looking up at the stars all the while rubbing the locket around his neck between his thumb and his finger.

Luna gets up and walks over to drake who doesn't notice her walk up to him until she asked him "drake are you okay?"

Drake looks down at her and says with a hint of depression in his voice "yeah I'm fine, just don't want to talk about it."

Luna still worried about him notices the locket in his hand asks "Is that someone special?"

"Hmm..." drake mumbled and looks down at his locket and replies " yeah I guess you could say that."

"May I have a look?" luna asks as she starts to reach for it but drake clenches it in his fists and gives luna a look of anger " no one touches this locket but me."

Luna shocked at this sudden behavior from drake retorts " drake I want to help you but you can't keep shutting yourself in like this, clearly you are depressed about something and I want to help you with what it is."

Drake replies with frustration in his voice says " why are you so interested in what I think all of a sudden?"

Luna replies with her own frustration " Because I want to help you however I can, not with just your elemental training, but your emotional and mental state as well."

"I DON'T NEED YOUR HELP WITH MY PERSONAL PROBLEMS, ALRIGHT?" drake yelled.

Luna shocked at what drake said with anger "Fine!"

After supper they didn't even talk to each other, they just went to bed angry.
A few hours after they fell asleep drake starts mumbling in his sleep and starts rolling on his bed spread, he was having that dream again where his parents were being murdered, but this time it didn't seem like a dream, no this was a nightmare.

He was frozen in place by some invisible force as he is forced to watch his parents being cut up by the same black and red dragon from twenty years ago, he can't close his eyes or look away as he hears his family being cut up and stabbed, all the while he hears his mother cry out "Drake why are you just standing there, help us....." but he can't move as he sees the black-red dragon deliver the final blow, then he sees the black-red dragon turn to him, but he sees only a black face with red eyes, the dragon spoke "You could've saved them drake but you just sat back and watched as I cut up your family."

"But I was just a kid back then, there was nothing I could do back then." drake said with panic in his voice."

"YOU GOT YOUR PARENTS KILLED, YOUR THE REASON THAT THEIR DEAD!!!!!" the evil dragon said in a truly menacing voice.

"Stop it, that's not true!" drake replied with sadness in his voice as he was tearing up from the dark dragons evil words.

"YOUR ALL ALONE!!!!!" the black dragon said while laughing the most evil laugh drake ever heard.

"No...no...no...NOOOOOOO!!!!! drake screamed all the while crying.

He suddenly shot up with a panicked expression on his face and in a cold sweat.
He looked around and saw that he was back at the campsite, and saw luna sleeping at the other side of the fire pit, he then feels regret of what he said to luna, she was only trying to help like she said, he quietly starts to get up trying not to wake luna and goes off into the forest to be alone.

All that quietness trying to not wake up luna was to no avail, luna glanced up from her bed roll to see drake walking off with his head hung low, what drake didn't know that he was talking in his sleep and woke up luna who saw that he was having a nightmare and saw that he was in great distress. She decided to forget what he said earlier and follow him.

Sure enough luna found drake sitting against a tree with his arms around his knees looking at the ground with tears rolling his down face.

Luna slowly walk up and kneeled beside him, placed a hand on her shoulder and asked " drake, are you alright?"

Drake looked up at luna's worried face with tear drenched eyes and said "No luna I am not okay, I just had a terrifying nightmare" as he returned his gaze to the ground.

Luna still worried pestered drake a little asked " Want to talk about it ?"

Drake replied in a sad trembling voice " I.....saw my parents being slaughtered.....while I stood there and watched.....I couldn't move.....no matter what I did I was frozen in place while that evil dragon murdered my parents right in front of my eyes.....He said I was responsible for my parents death......and.......and......" drake then all of a sudden just buried his head in luna's chest and just cried his eye's out as he hugged luna.
Luna was taken back a bit at drake's sudden hug and crying but soon regained her composure and hugged drake back with one arm while rubbing the back of his neck trying to calm him down.

"Shh...shh... it's alright drake, it's alright" luna reassured him in a comforting voice.

They just sat there for a few minutes in each other's embrace for a while longer.
Drake then breaks off the hug and wipes his tears with his hand said " thanks luna, you're a true friend....I'm sorry for what I said to you."

"It's okay....I will always be with you drake." luna said with a smile on her face.
Drake then proceeds to take his locket off and opens it and shows it to luna.

"Are these you and your parents in the picture here" luna asked as she pointed to the picture inside the locket.

"Yeah" drake replied.

" You look cute as a baby drake" luna replied with a giggle.

Drake just gave her a thankful smile.

Luna then notices an air dragon in the locket lid and asks drake " whose this?"

"That's lady alyssa, my mom's handmaiden, they were very close, she was the one who snatched me up before the evil dragon could kill me, and brought me to the fire dragon temple and raised me" drake said.

"I see... is she still around?" luna asked.

"Yeah she's still around, she stayed behind at the fire temple" drake said.

Luna gave a satisfying nod and sigh as she got up and extended a hand to drake and said "come on, let's go back to camp get a good night's rest."

Drake replied with a smile and took luna's hand and got up and went back to camp with her.

They then got back on their bed rolls and went back to sleep.

"Good night drake" luna said with a yawn.

"Good night luna" drake replied with a yawn of his own.

Then all was quiet as they slept through the night.
