Jellaxies Information
Jellaxies are omnivorous fox-like creatures that are known for their jelly-like features. They are not very known among other species since there are a few of them in existence for now. They are known for their amazing flexibility, like pretzel-knotting themselves and being able to bend backwards and look under their hind legs. Their flexibility is capable due to their lack of organs and bones.
But with their lack of organs and bones, humans are unsure of how they breed. But the truth is that they can produce asexually. If you look at their jelly-like features, you can see small objects within it. These little objects are actually eggs that float around in the jelly. The jelly and egg will fall off sometimes, and from that egg, a new Jellaxy will form or correctly a Jemmy. Jemmies are basically the kits of Jellaxies. A Jellaxy parent has no responsibility of taking care of their offspring since they are not aware of their eggs falling off. It is uncommon for a Jemmy to achieve adulthood since they are targeted by large predators like hawks, jaguars, and bears.
And if the Jemmy makes it to adulthood and evolves into a Jellaxy, they take on the role of traveling the world and exploring watery places and leisurely enjoying life. They really have no purpose in life but have actually taken in a role in promoting clean water since they can be seen pulling out pollution out of the water and disposing them as well as taking care of the wildlife.
But at first glance, humans noticed that Jellaxies always have their eyes closed. Jellaxies's eyes are highly sensitive to any source of light; if they ever open their eyes in light, they are blinded and will get hurt by running and colliding into things. But in the dark, their eyes are wide open, taking in all the darkness it can for the following day. That's why if you ever see a Jellaxy at night, you would think they were awake or dead since their eyes are wide open, but they are actually asleep.
