First of all The Doctor has being really cruel to her, second it was in an alternative universe that doesn't exist anymore when they kiss they appear in the exact point of time when he kills him (so the paradox of time it's fixed and the alternative world never existed),
third she married a Teselecta (a kind of robot that it's command by small people) you could said "but it was him inside", wrong could be anyone else commanding the robot.And marrying a Teselecta it's not marrying a person or alien in this case.
As his memories that seems doesn't being affected it's because they are people that he really appreciate but he doesn't love River.
Perhaps from his part it's an attraction to know more of her and her feelings are no more nor less than an insane obsession.
