Just been doing a little sketch practice as of late. I've wanted to draw shin in some more serious situations. He is a fighter pilot afterall, not some big bumbling blimp, at least the more serious side of him. I might do this more often, its been good practice

A dawn attack by Imperial Japanese Army fighters on the AVG's aerodrome causes panic all over the field. As pilots scramble for their aircraft, some still in their pajamas, they are mercilessly gunned down. Racing for his aircraft, one pilot manages to dodge and weave through the deadly hail of lead, he proves a difficult target for the Jap fighter pilots to catch, although he wasn't exactly unscathed....

I wanna eventually iron out more of Shinden's back-story.....might see little bits and pieces like this
