This is one of some power-ups Vinny will receive in my SMBZ continuation, Super Mario Bros. Z: resRXion. Inspired by Fire Mario, Vinny achieves this form after absorbing a fire flower. His fur changes a golden color, his eyebrows and collar are given an orange tint related to fire. He is seen wielding balls of fire.
Vinny traced, colored and modified with Simplector (and Inkscape) from FG1206 - "Life of Brian" and FG1208 - "Christmas Guy".
