Right, Spanish follows similar rules when it comes to masculine and feminine forms of words.
Let's just assume she's female because une was used instead of un, but again, not the point of the image. :)

Well for one thing, a Dalek would not have allowed anyone to paint it's image. They would have been exterminated first - thus only the Doctor knows what a Dalek looks like!
