Contacts seem horrible to me D: I mean you're shoving your glasses into your eyes! And it's not like you can just take'em out when you don't need them for a period of time, I'd have so much eye strain if I wore my glasses all the time, especially when I'm working on the cintiq.
Eh, I suppose I've always thought of it as referring to an innate potential that not all people have rather than an unearned skill. Like, everyone can learn chess but not everyone has a brain set up the right way to become a grandmaster, that kind of thing.
I've done enough time staring at a monitor wondering what the hell I've done wrong this time to know nothing is effortless. :P

Is now a bad time to mention that I used to whoop so much ass in chess back in my school days? :p
And yeah, it's all about perspective, but I am of the opinion that anyone can learn to be creative, so long as they have the ability to learn in general, and the drive to actually put in the effort :)
