It's soooo cheap and ghetto, I know. DX Only program I have to fix my stuff up is MSPaint.
*ahem* Introducing... StarSeeker Tyushai'yana Tigeress, the Koryanese Drakoness (drake/dragoness hybrid), Queen in rank (but hardly acts like it. X3), runty in size (oh yeah, she'll never grow any bigger than this. And Koryanese dragons grow until they die), and very good at shapeshifting and camoflauge. :3 (All Koryanese dragons have the chameleon-like ability to camoflauge)
It took me a month to make it. Normally it'd take me a week or two, but what with work and all...
I finished the finishing touches this entire day. Yeah. I'm a slow worker. I don't like working real fast. I make more mistakes that way.
I hope you're all able to read my handwriting. I know it's somewhat legible, but I noticed I wrote a bit small in certain places. And I somehow kept trying to spell colour as "couler" LOL. I SPEL GUD. :B
It seems that my dragonself now has FIVE clawed digits on her hands now. :P Originally she had four. It was a mistake, but I think five digits is okay with me. :)
My human stick figure is BEEEEAUTIFUL. Incredibly detailed, don'cha think? 8D
I'm not sure if measured things out properly. I'm not too good with measurements. But things look proper, height-wise.
And you may notice a line that goes between my tail there. This was drawn on two pieces of paper. I wanted to show just how long my tail is. Having it all curled up on one piece of paper wouldn't be good enough.
The only details I forgot to add is how my crest there can move up and down, according to my emotions.
I may draw more ref sheets, this time of my seasonal colours. ;) This one is not only my normal colours, but also considered my Summer colours.
Hmm...can't think of what else to share....

Ah okay. :3 Get ready for a TL;DR. :P
These stones are magickally placed upon a dragon's forehead/nose bridge once they've learned to master a certain magick ability they were born with. The stone helps refine their breath attacks/defenses or other certain abilities (EG, a red dragon would get a topaz, or a ruby, or a garnet when she'd/he'd learn how to master his flame. The darker the stone, the more powerful their certain ability).
Pearl - Well, this stone harbors the essence of the Goddess of Light (from my lil' world of Koryan). It once held the entire being of the Goddess, but that's a long and different story. Because of her essence, I'd have the power of healing anything from scratches and bruises to life-threatening wounds (the healing is limited. These powers cannot heal diseases and cannot bring back the dead). Can also help restore someone's energy (the cost would be my own energy). I also have the ability to breathe out a powerful beam of light, as it says there on my ref.
And this is a rare occurence, but if I were near death, say from battle or something, the Goddess's essence would either rise from the stone and possessing my voice to speak, or fully take over my body and possess it from there (if the second one were to happen, my body's colours would go there a drastic change, along with a second pair of wings. But this is only temporary).
This stone was not placed upon my head, but I was born with it.
Emerald - For earth magick. All my earth magicks I summon with my clawed hands or with my mind (I could use nature around me to do my bidding, but without an opponent/enemy knowing it, unless they had physcic powers or something...).
Also emerald is my birthstone. ;)
Topaz - For fire magick. Or at least for fire-breathing. Since I'd be a halfbreed of something that doesn't breathe fire, my fire would be naturally very thin and weak. These stones help enhance my powers, making me create a strong jet of flames. However not strong enough to create white-hot flames.
Lol, my imagination is a funny one. X3 I've had all this stuff worked up for so many years.
Meh, I don't think I understand how the editing system works here. At least for pictures. Editing words and stuff happens pretty quickly, but I've been waiting for the picture to change for I think more than 15 minutes or so...I probably should've waited longer, but my impatience got the best of me. ^.-.^;;

Alas, I have no magical ability whatever. But the details of your relationship with Power Stones is pretty interesting.
Being born the latter part of July, my birthstone is Ruby, but I was on the cusp, and am told that I fit more within Cancer - the Emerald month. Emeralds are also my favorite gemstone (followed by Ruby and Sapphire).
What I know about power of Emeralds is mainly secondhand from older compilations of Alchemical journals and some more ancient works.
They are said to promote good health, especially for the eyes. They are also suppose to promote chastity and be able to turn out false friends by changing colour. It also symbolizes monetary gain, youth, and rebirth.

Odd, I thought Taurus was the Emerald month...unless Cancer also overlaps May. o.-.O (I'm a Taurus, born near the middle of May)
I have this fascination for rocks, stones and gems (raw), so I have a large collection of books and rocks/stones/gems. :P Including two large pieces of petrified wood and at one time I had a piece of meteorite...unfortunately as a child I lost it. :C
