There are two things that I LOVED about this game as a kid that I don't so much anymore now. One was the Romani Ranch missions, and the other was the Goht boss fight.
I'm getting close to the end on my run. Well, relatively speaking. I still have a fair amount of heart containers to find, and I only have one more mask to collect that's a part of the last temple.

At least in this you have permanent saves. In the original, if you didn't get the Ocarina of Time, you had to start from the VERY beginning cutscene. And if you failed a side mission? Back to the first day with you! They made it much more accessible in this version.
There's tons of stuff to find in Majora's Mask, and it's one of the reasons I love the game. You really get to learn about people and their schedules, and it feels like you really get to know everyone around the various places.
I also find Majora's Mask, while having its silly moments, is a very grown-up game with the various issues it deals with and is pretty somber in places.

It was a collector version (no xl) ocarina of time. The letters were golden and the style was beautiful.
