Witchsona, because everyone’s making one!
I was thinking of those old European witches as reported in Mackay’s “Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds,” who on their sabbath ritual used not brooms, but Satan himself in the form of a he-goat, who lengthened according to the number of witches upon him… upon which at the ceremony they were “obliged to dance for their master to please him while tying unwilling cats around their necks and in place of tails.” It was too good a concept, but the image grew horrifyingly cluttered, so I took them out for the presentation image…

And since I’m rereading “Redwall,” inspired by Cluny’s cloak I had the thought that my sole vestment be a pair of bat wings. Plus, one of my OCs, Ji-Hyeon, just had to tag along in the adorable outfit…
