Actual photo date 01/10/2008, one of the first pics taken with my then-new Canon PowerShot SX100.
Comparison of the bus I drew in the background of "2000 Hits" with the real thing, waiting to go into service at West Farms Rd and Westchester Ave. near my current workplace. The dispatcher on duty showed my print around to the other drivers after I showed him this to explain what I was doing at the time.
I meant to post this as an improved version of "The Bus Came Back", relegating the older version to scraps, but that pic is so far back in my gallery that I just won't bother now :)
[Edit]: It's been a long time since I've seen #7774. Two days after I posted this, it shows up in front of the office again. Maybe someone in Coliseum Garage is watching? (hehe)

I actually took a picture of that exact same bus in order to draw "2000 Hits", but it was parked in front of my office around the corner (actually just off the left edge of the ohoto). It reappeared in almost the same spot a few months later, which is how that number happened to stick in my mind. When it showed up a third time, I made sure to keep a print of that pic in my briefcase just in case it showed up again, just to take a pic like this.
If you look at the dates on "2000 Hits" you'll see the length of time these sightings occurred in :)
