That's pretty accurate from the description he gave me...he did call it a brat. It sounds more like the cat is the boss who gets away with everything due to overwhelming cuteness.

this picture catches my attention every time i see it. I love it, so expressive.

That's one way to carry a kitten while it's raining.

I think because the kitten is on his muzzle like that do I think he has the eyes and facial expression of "I hope you know, I expect nothing but extreme gratitude for you use of my nose..."

I know, I know. This picture is old. But once again am I going about and playing catch up.

Still, I will honestly admit here- I like the artwork here more than I do the special effects and coloration but on to it. The wolf's fur happening to look as if you painstakingly took a pencil and tried to go and draw in ever single strand... (I think my hanbd would cramp at least... 9 times. Bare minimum.)

The other thing in which I happened to like is how the kitten is just seated there so comfortably. Like that's a causal ride for the little thing. ^ ^;

Now, on the topic of the coloration here- It's very useful. Mainlg because the rain and dark gradiation in the background and low light tones set a good mood here. Certainly, you put in the rain like effect well. And yet it's because of that does the picture work because it makes the wolf seem like he's being noble.

And that I happen to like. So for that, I will applaud you dear Squeaks When Hugged. x)

I did try to draw every strand.. using a tablet which is sort of like using an electronic pencil. I didn't do this all in one sitting. I would add more fur or effects then call it a day to work on it the next day.

I think black is Tom's favorite color. I once asked him for a nice photo of himself, and what he gave me was him wearing black, clothes, a black coat and black sunglasses at night. lol. So that's where the color scheme of the picture comes from.

And he is a very noble person. That's why I like him. He would never set foot on this website. ^_^; The only furry art he likes is g-rated. (He's more a fantasy fan, really)
