What a delightfully adorable scene. You accomplish a lot in one image through how you posed all the characters. The remarks you gave only do more towards bringing this still image to life.
My mind sees how Sally and Nicole have been at their fun for a long time. Long enough to Kunckles to conceive a way to add his own style of fun to the mix.
So while Sally and Nicole play, Knuckles goes off to fill up a collection of water balloons. He stashes them behind the tree as he waits for the girls to get within range. Now it's only a matter of a good solid lob to get the mischief going.
