kampferwolf did this last year, one of his most ambitious projects to date, and for once, one that wasn't a blatant paw-pic. He really dove in feet-first (so to speak) to break the mold on this one, and it paid off. It's a great piece from him!So this is Rooth, on some distant world he's discovered through Portals, admiring the beautiful scenery.

I think Kampfer and I came up with something in the course of development, but it's long since lost to unsearchable notes, or maybe just streamchat or something.
But, Rooth does like exploring other planets with his portal tech, and Pandora's one of his favorite destinations. Maybe this is kinda from that, although I doubt Kampfer used any such refs. Just came out having some similar color schemes.

That sounds interesting... I've never worked with another artist always drew my own stuff, but it must be fun since apparently, very good results might happen.
He does look like he enjoys some time by himself, doing the things he loves, but maybe it affects him in some way too, he looks like he could use company. That's probably why I felt like I wanted to hug him... this is a very emotional piece... I can just imagine giving a good hug and masagging his feetpaws ^\\\\\^ And enjoying that beautiful view... wow!
