The Male Cockrel, large, bulky and strong, they are the ones employed when one wants a target hunted fast, efficiently and terminated, often hunting in packs and masters of the crossbow and the thunderarm, also referred to as a black powder boom gun.
Unlike their female counterparts, they, much like a dromasaur, can lift their index talon into a vertical incline and are known to leap upon and/or charge unwitting victims.
Mind you this is a medium-sized raptor-like horse charging at you and it screams all throughout the charge like a tactical missile cuts the air.
You are going to end up hurtin' fo' certain' unless you can redirect its charge and use his power against him.
Very few have mastered such a skill, which is why the Cockrels are the master hunters.

Also, to give a little idea of how bloody badass these oversized chickens are?
They hunted and took down Muchi Koda, a large, full grown Matari like wolves take down a moose.
