His name is Kamen Rider Zangetsu from Gaim. He has the melon lock seed. He's not called Melon Lord on the show, but it's a name given to him by the fans. I put Melon Lord in the copyright because I couldn't remember what his actual name was when I posted it ^-^;; Fixed now.
