The [Potential] - GS18 commish
Another commission finished n__n and I loved this one. I was a real challenge this time, becase 
gameseeker18 wanted an specific light source and as Im still learning how to place the shadows it took me longer to finish, but Im very pleased as how this ended n___n and also Im using as well my new colors that my lovely boyfriend gave me as a present.
The theme of the pic, is also unique n__n its a fragment of GS18's story "The Potential" were it explains why she is a macro furry now, why her tears are that color and why she is looking through the hole she made when she grew that size. Read it, its quite interesting n___n
Done with Prismacolor colors, pastels and acrilics so, if anyone is interested in a commission please read the header of my journal for more info

Another great advance in your coloring skill, again you improved a lot in sensing the source of light and shading darker than in any other of your earlier works my love o.o
And i must say you got perfectly the dark sense in the picture that you wanted to give it, is all gloomy and have this nostalgic sensation all over. You did another great job with the coloring my love, and again you showed how much you've improved so far n_n
You're my pride, and so you won for yourself a great hug and caring for this weekend *huge kiss* I'll have you all filled with kisses again =//P

thanks sweetie n__n, and yes, the light source was supposed to be from that opening in the roof =P but Im kinda new using specific light source so I might have made the perspective a bit confusing, Ill be careful next time I try to do something like that, I promise n___n thanks for the comment sweet monster *winks*
Probably the best way to get a better idea of the shadows and reflection on the body would be to do a search on the web for "gold painted nude photo", be very careful on the sites you click on as they are actually porn sites set to sucker the unwary. =+O
The reason I say to hunt the gold (or even silver) painted nudes is that the natural lighting shadowing the occurs on the body is drastically enhanced. Actually, probably even nudes covered in baby oil will reflect just as well, the idea is just to figure out how the shadows play on the body from a strong light source. =+}

This is a link to one I can positively say is not a porn link, however the light source is not very strong or there was not enough mineral oil base to aid in the reflective properties. =+\
Just for informational purposes: dry metallic "pigments" are mixed with a mineral oil (or the like) wetting media, and are either sprayed or wiped on the subject, atleast this is the method I'm familiar with. =+P
The effects depend on the mixture ratio, the total spectrum of results I am not familiar with. =+o

Now THAT's definitly a picture getting close to what 'professional' critics should consider art under their overly demanding mind. What I mean here, to clear up my silly words, is that I see this picture as so far the pretty much most advanced in it's presentation of a certain 'something'. :) A 'something' as in an expression of mood, picture and style influenced to express what you had in mind when you read the story of Gameseeker (sorry for missing link).
All in all: definitly a wonderful piece of art, dearest. ^_^ I specially love the fact that you are happy with it yourself :D I see that too rarely among a few artists :)

And yes, I was happy with the coloring because, in my opinion, this is one of my best works so far n__n I loved how realistic the shading came out and also the light source I could almost achieve *w* nyaaa. Ó___Ò Im sooooo sooorrrryyyy honey *clinges to him too* at home is really difficult for me to be on the pc, because now Im also babysitting a new puppy while my mom is not here (our dog died a month ago u.u) and as my commissions are my only money entry right now Im also focusing on that ó.ò but believe me that I would love to be talking to you as always *pouts* o^o I miss you
Honestly, I feel bad for getting so much time and effort in my commissions for a mesely $25. You have got to be perhaps one of the best artists I have ever commissioned.
I love the feel and theme of this drawing, you have projected her expression so well. Now that I've read the comments of other people, I do see what they mean about the lighting; but this is occuring at NIGHT, so while moonlight may be coming down, an internal light is still probable in this situation (my story isn't 100% complete, I just wing it and take advantage of the situation >_>; ). All in all, your best work yet. If Bridget wasn't so sad right now, she'd also be thankful for taking this commission.
