This is my second submission for Losing Altitude! A life-size art doll of a Sri Lanka Magpie (Urocissa ornata), a rare and very colorful corvid found only in the mountains of Sri Lanka. He is made mainly from felt on a steel armature (he is not, however, poseable), with sculpted eyes, beak, and claws and carefully painted details.
