Pretty much my first time really modeling. I've done like... A chair before. Without editing the verts. Stuff like that. This was my first time manipulating the actual polygons... It turned out quite well :3
Mode over one weekend in Wings 3D, though it took me the whole weekend :3 Still needs textures and stuff, obviously, but yeah

Not bad for a first attempt!
In poly modeling it's a good idea to try to make sure the majority of your polygons are quadrilaterals, and avoid vertices that share more than four edges. Try to make sure the edges of the polygons 'flow' with the contours of the model and where the muscle groupings ordinarily would be - this keeps the texture distortion to a minimal and makes it much easier to rig and animate.
