[TaviMunk]Story Time with an old Friend.
Here we have Sparky ready for bed in his sleeper, along with his favorite bedtime buddy Teddy Ruxpin.
A few of you by now, no doubt know this picture is based on recent real life events from last year.
Thanks again
, for a truly amazing commission, and one of my favorites ever.
**I do not want to hear any negative comments in regard to Teddy Ruxpin being creepy and whatnot. Any such comments will be hidden and/or deleted.**

There was a couple of things that were unfortunate with getting him back however.
Three weeks prior to getting Teddy himself back, I first managed to find one of my Teddy Ruxpin books over at my grandmother's house in the basement (same room as Teddy was stored in).
I found out on March 24th, that Teddy's creator Ken Forsse had passed on March 19th (coincidentally the same day I got the book back).
The second thing is that Teddy's lower jaw was busted and dislocated, a few months later when I got the funds to do so, I sent him away for repairs and received him almost 4 months after recovering him.

Well the thing is, as far as I know, I got him for Christmas when I was about 4 years old. Back in 1985, this was one of the very first models ever released. So having him at that tender age really touched me emotionally. And given how he spent most of his years in storage at my grandmother's, the experience when I was finally able to bring him home and enjoy him again was absolutely overwhelming.
