But if i can say one thing: I studied martial arts and you're supposed to keep the leg to the ground otherwise you may unbalance yourself or give your opponent an higher chance to push you to the ground easyer ( http://cdn2.hubspot.net/hub/92785/f.....plagiarism.jpg ).
