In addition, most of the media on British Telly have pegged him as some kind of Maniac wielding an oversized scythe. They're probably right.

but who's underneath the mask? What person in their right mind would dress like an escaped mental patient, and try to committ acts of heroism, only to fail, look like he's doing crimes instead, and risk getting arrested by extreme right-wing officers of the law who really aren't any better at spotting, let alone stopping, acts of law-breaking, theft, murder, and even arson-related terrorism themselves?
