Second commission for VictimofMusic ( http://victimofmusic.deviantart.com ), this time featuring the classic pair of Doug Funnie and Roger Klotz, from Nickelodeon's Doug. These two frenemies are having a jolly ol' time burning incriminating evidence of their times on a kiddy show (as seen in this classic episode from season two: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Se724NqcuiY ), although their outfits of choice here aren't helping if you ask me. :P
