Surprise! Starky is actually an zburator.

-Starky was an zburator from the beginning, I only waited until now to say so because I wanted to make sure I could draw his true form before confirming it

-He can shapeshift into any living thing, even moss

-He does not have wings and does not fly except for in certain AUs

-He can breathe fire

-He is only partially fire-resistant... the plates on his chest, throat, and stomach protect those parts of his body from burns, and on his shoulders, back, and hips, stiff, thick fur mixes with dull, hard scales; these areas are well protected against burns but can still be burned by fire. Being an zburator, Starky is probably not gonna go up in flames very easily, but then again he's still flesh and blood

-Any questions and comments are appreciated; all in all I'm very proud of his design and already have so many ideas running through my head for him
