new character i had thought up about a week ago. and drew and colored him while at kaincon. i have mixed feelings about this pic, like how he was draw and the rainbow markings but not happy with the pink shading. i only brought a handful of my markers with me (yea dumb) so didn't have the color wanted and instead of waiting till got home shaded him with the lightest pink i had. the pink shading is the only thing dont like on this pic. this is also probably the only non adult pic we'll ever see of this guy since measures people's 'color level' by seeing how many of his colored bands on his rattle he can get into someone. will make fer some interesting pics.
