All the female character were good if you think of them one by one. But compared to the whole cast they are all very mediocre. From what I speculate, considering their powers and jutsus Tsunade was the most powerful of all female, definetly more than Temari.
It sucks, I wish their was a more badass legitimatly powerful female character that was atleast a main side character.
