I thought it might be nice to have a bit of a back story for Bob which including a loathing for cats. At that time I had an idea for the rest of the mice in his gang (now that Colgate had been established) and thought Bob's brother would have been attacked by a cat, thus losing his tail.

So here it is, the origin story.
