I do not know what appropriate title to give to show what this collie is doing. He certainly is playful, as we see with the tennis ball, but sometimes looks can deceive, is he rabid and wants to get you? I may never know....
BUT, there is one fact-he is leashed. Who is that is restraining him? Does he need help? (Hint-it is the one with the horn if you look carefully...)
