Hawk-eagle's are such cool looking birds, and so striking. *u* I haaad to try my hand at making a character out of one, so have an anthro wingless gryph~

Winner of the character can of course add wings, change gender, make feral ect. c:
(I really wanted to keep him myself, but thanks to surprise costs he needs a home ;u;)
