This is Commander Wayke, He is the leader of the N.S.A.P. (Neotroian Space and Air Pilots), and the leader of the Elite N.S.A.P., who is captained by Joust, followed up with Brash, then Fauss and Zak. He uses a bow when he is in combat,and he is the best tactician on Neotro, but even when he can plan out a frontal assault down to the number of deaths, he can;t foresee a stab to the back. Wayke is an extremely nice gentleman, whom respects everyone that he meets, and he helps Roke especially because he was a good friend with his dad.
