This is Joust, Leader of the Elite N.S.A.P. (Neotroian Space and Air Pilots), who is an excellent leader, but has become quick to the punch, so he has started making mistakes with his team, but they still follow him because they are like brothers to each other. Because of his choices during the 2nd Za Zun-de assault, Kyle confronts him about his mistakes, and ends up dying to Kyle's hand, and they find that he is kyle's soul reflection, so his personality and sword become one with Kyle. Joust is the crux of the Elite N.S.A.P., so when he dies, they end up falling apart and they stay on the ground, because they feel that they can't replace Joust with another leader.
