A silly character I came up with while playing Tropica 4. I thought on it more and with the help of my great friend, this came out.

History and biographer

Long ago, many Dragons bribed humans to escape Europe to take them to the new world with what was left of their treasures. After many years of living on islands peacefully, the human world slowly continued to grow. Soon the Caribbean became a hot spot of human activity. Many dragons fled to even more remote parts of the world.

However, La Presidenta's mother had left a large amount of wealth as well as human teachers/advisers to raise La Presidenta in hopes she could adapt to the world happening around them.

The young dragon grew up very wise to politics and kept herself hidden to the world. She prefered being called La Prez or La Presidenta, since she both believes she is superior to humans and believes they can't pronounce her real name (even though she can't really ether)

As the human world became more advance, so did her secrecy. The large Palace that was once her own home, is now just a front for politics and media to see with a fake dictator that she greatly trust and listens to her as its inhabitant, while underneath is a massive network of underground tunnels that serve to all of La Prez needs. There is also a section of the island that is off limits to every one that is her own personal sanctuary. Only a handful of people on the island itself knows of her existence.

Now at the age of a 150, or a young adult in dragon years, La Prez is considered playful, prideful and some times a bit arrogant, but is master of politics and trade, keeping her island one of the more wealthy and well kept islands in the Caribbean. She is also a glutton...or as she says "A growing dragon"...and devours nearly half of the islands food supply each year. Though rebels, prisoners, and the occasional political enemy can help curve her hunger for a while.

Despite her political expertise, she is greatly afraid of human weapons and media machine. So much so she is very tight on education and where journalist can go on the island. She also demands very tight control on tv, radio, and newpapers and erases any story that may contain a speck of her existence.

Now she has her greatest challenge in hand. Balancing the relationship between the two superpowers in the world with her little island. What ever the outcome maybe of the cold war though, she always puts her people second...and herself first.
