It is relevant, however. Because rooks, like magpies and crows, are thieving birds, they give their name to both the Rook card game (in which the Rook "takes" any trick) and the term "rooked", referring to being robbed.

Yes, he *is* a Rook...

But... *sheepish grin* You're both right. I was working at a drug store when I was trying to come up with a name for him! I saw the card game on the shelf... and um... Well, now that's his name. ;)
