i never really see ppl do this, how can you draw character with out starting at anatomy, its the most base fundamental!

notes: the skull is female, the nose bridge on humens and cats are the largest difrence next to the cerebrum,feline canines can not fit in a human skull at all (the felines top canines alone are a third of the skulls hight) (so i went with only the top canines, and assumed the jaw wold hang a little loos.) and the jaw is mostly human on the mix, but i still split it in half like a cats.
