Okay, so this is part 1 of 8 of my car 'renovations'. The Furry Convention RadFur is on this weekend and for something different I wanted to carry out my long term dream of changing the colour of my bonnet....

This is stage one... sanding down the old paint. You can see my cruddy car in the background and the lovely gentleman in the front ground is Taluthus. He was ever so kind and brought over his angle grinder to make the work go faster... then put in a good couple of hours to actually do the job himself. (Because I live with a bunch of gay guys and Adelaide Gays + Power Tools = Disaster... well, we assume it would, if we ever let them use it.)
