gammaeradon's Romano asked Skylar, in not so many words, if she would be interested in a date sometime. Skylar declined, having a lot of family-related trouble to deal with at the time and still a little uncertain about whether she was even interested in girls.
Since then however she's gotten a lot of stress off of her back and come to realize that yes, she's moved beyond being just bi-curious. With the fall formal on the horizon she finally said yes, and the two wild girls are off to the dance together.

Yeah she's wearing basically a one-piece swimsuit underneath, like the one she was wearing in Kae's original pic of her. The dress goes over it like a tunic and is held in place by the gold "belt" at her waist that links the dress with the "swimsuit" underneath, so she's actually pretty safe as far as flashing the crowd goes. Well, accidentally at least...
