It's the simple but stylish uniform, right? ;D
That reminds me. I live in an apartment block, and my next door neighbour is Vietnamese. One day, there was a knock on my door, and a little old lady - a relative of my neighbour, I assume - stood there, dressed in that exact type of pitch black pyjama-like clothes. She had the right age to have fought in the Vietnam war, and the wiry look of and older person in top physical shape, too. She smiled and talked to me in Vietnamese, which I indicated to her that I dont understand - she just kept talking and smiling, and then she turned and went back to my neighbour's apartment. Then I could hear someone else laughing from behind the door. I never fund out what it was all about, since my neighbour's skills in any language but Vietnamese are so bad that communication beyond "hello!" is an exercise in futility. I rather suspect the old lady pulled some sort of Vietnamese 1st April prank on me. Never saw her before or again.
Back on topic, I'd say there are pandas to be found all over the world in this universe, tho' they are few in number, just like in the real world.

i made an oc, her name is punda and she's daughter of sonic the hedgehog and a panda bear. she was modified genetically but ran away of the laboratory. Due to that she has the power of mind (she can materialize anything she wishes with the power of her mind) and she's COMPLETELY ORIGINAL.

I actually didn't think about male/female while drawing these O_o
Maybe some of them are male - I'd say Pao Pao, Pandy de Pandée and Pinky Punky. Or maybe they're all female - in that case the marshal's title should be comtesse de Pandée, right? But he/she rather looks male what with the sideburns...

The title of Comtesse de Pandée is right...
Historically, a bunch of women followed the armies during the campaigns but they weren't allowed to fight. Actually, they weren't allowed to wear uniforms and weapons (however, "secretly" some of them did so).
But things could be different in a furry world... Or your character is a male avatar of Pandy.
