I call this a failure because in my mind it was never finished. I intended to add a nest in the middle and make the toes and eyes and whatnot visible. My mate thought it was finished though and another friend suggested I post it so here it is in all its unfinished glory.

Snow is a surprisingly forgiving medium for sculpture if you have enough of it. Details are kind of difficult due to the stickyness of snow, but the way you can pack it and smooth it super easily make up for that, I think. It was weird building from the ground up instead of making a skeleton and adding onto that.
