So, First time the girl is found, she's just sleeping. Ran away from home for a bit. Mom died an she was left with her stepdad. Meh. She get's off easy with a warning and a death threat. A few weeks later she's back in the same spot. Rained the night before and it's obvious she'd been out there for a while.

My big demon guy's starting to get pissed, but then again, she looks kind of pitiful sleepin at the base of a tree, still soaked and muddy. Got a bit of a fever too, which is probably what saves her after a couple of more than bold remarks about wanting to live in his domain.

She's got a few cuts and bruises, one arm bandaged, though the welfare of a mere human is little concern to him. Again he tells her to leave, and for now, she does.
