from the same guy who commissioned me the two dr.who ponies......... man..... I need to find this guy......

for this one, he wanted a badge of his racoon-dragon character..... he had only drawn him out once (which he showed me as a ref) and gave me the basic color scheme....... other than that, he left the details up to me....... I think I did alright ^^
he didn't give me a name for the character...... and only one of the color ref badges he showed me had a name on it.... "frith" but it was an otter..... so..... I don't know if this racoon-dragon has his OWN name.... or if he's like tatta, and shares the name with his other sonas......... who knows...... I didn't get to talk to him much..... and didn't see him for the rest of the con after he'd commissioned this...........

and if you saw this guy, please tell him I'm looking for him....... he was an older gentleman, dressed in a slight steampunk style (dark colors) he had medium-long gray hair, but the most recognizable thing I can remember, was that he carried a staff, with the plush head of a green dragon on it.....
