Yet another comparison between a pic I had drawn on the DSi/colored on PC, and a remake on the Nintendo 3DS.
The Before pic was drawn in Nintendo DSi Flipnote Studio, then slapped onto the PC, using PaintDOTnet to color it, make the lines less pixelated, and add gradient effects.
The After pic was made in Nintendo 3DS Colors 3D, with clean-up and gradient effects.
