Here's a rather unusual looking ermine! This beautiful little weasel was in the middle of transitioning from his summer to winter coat so his color is a lovely silver and white. He was professionally freeze dried by a taxidermist in a laying position with one paw slightly curled under to see his adorable little padded paw.

There is a small slip of fur on his belly where the incision was made to remove the scent glands, but it is completely hidden when he is resting on a flat surface.
