I'm probably not understanding this because I've never watched Star Wars right? =)
Anyway, cool to see someone else tackling Flash!
I assume you wanted tips, so lesse...
A higher framerate would probably be a good thing. What are you using currently? Try something about 15 for bes effect, if you're currently running lower.
That'll make things smoother, although you'll need to stick a few more frames in there too to pad out the time.
The press former thing needs to run smoother. Since its a mechanical thing, you might as well let Flash's Motion Tweening take care of it.
Since its presume ably a powerful machine, you might want to tinker with little effects like a screen shake upon impact and slight recoil.
Have it HEAVE back up slowly as if the hydraulics are struggling to lift its weight... and then punch it down hard!
Nice to see frame-by-frame used on the characters. Their straightening up animations are fine, but keep an eye on their legs- When they stand up, their legs are shunting forwards. The legs would stay still as the upper body moves.
Just move the latter frames in that movement back in line.
Anyway, I think that's about it. Just keeps going at it =)

He he dont worry their not star wars related although infuenced from it it but their mine so dont worry : P.
And yeah dont worry i got one or more in the works.
Well anyways umm i never RELLY understood how to go around frame rates when is a higher one requierd and whens a lower one requierd but ill test it out on the file of this one .
Yeah basiclly i went with it being so quick and such and them all comeing out faster so....just for a bit of a comedic effect as if it were in an assembly line in an older cartoon (thus the music) But still thanks for the tip ill remembre that for the next presser ...thing machine :P and it is motion tween just so you know.
As for the fbf yeah i mean just have it press down and them appear standing up ..i thought nah that wouldnt works so i grabbed the good ol pencil and drew it up...as for the legs well the first time it didnt seem alright but to me it looked fine .
I Will hopefully ill finish the second one soon-ish :P well anyways thanks for the tips and all.

Neat loop, man! Glad you're still working with Flash. You're definitely kicking it up a notch.
Lots of good critique here already. Take it all in, every bit helps. Yet, no matter how much you learn, don't forget to throw in your own style.
Sorry I didn't reply any sooner. Keep it up!
